  • What is the Movement by NM Channel?

    The Movement by NM Channel is our online fitness platform where you can access all of our premium fitness classes and programs led by elite trainers with a subscription membership, or practice all of your previously purchased products with NM. You’ll also find a growing library of inspiring stories and documentaries from our teachers and community that will move you.

  • How much does a Movement by NM Membership cost?

    Our Movement by NM Membership costs $15/month or $99/year. This membership gives you on-demand access to our entire library of premium fitness classes, challenges, and stories.

  • Can I try out the Movement by NM Membership before purchasing?

    Yes! We offer a free 14-day trial on the Channel and on all of our mobile and connected TV apps. With this free trial, you can explore all of our premium classes and programs and try something new risk-free! During this 2-week period, you can cancel your membership at any time at no charge. You can also try out a class before you subscribe, check out our Try a Class Before You Sign Up collection, hit play and start moving.

  • I’ve found a new favourite class! Can I save it to my profile to play again easily?

    Yes! You can save all of your favourite classes or new moves to try to “My List” to come back to anytime at the top of your home page. You can add videos to your list in one of two ways: by clicking “Add to My List” while watching a video at the top right of the player, or by selecting the “Add to My List” button on any Browse page playlist or video thumbnail.

  • What equipment do you suggest for each class?

    Each class differs in what items are used, but all classes can be practiced without equipment. If you don’t have the recommended equipment, get creative with items you have at home.

    Here’s a list of optional equipment you can use in each discipline:

    Kickboxing and Boxing: a skipping rope, tennis ball. No bag or gloves needed.
    Strength Foundations: a pair of dumbbells, slam or medicine ball, looped resistance band.
    Yoga: bolster, blocks, strap, blanket.
    HIIT and Movement Foundations: no equipment needed

  • How do I log in to the Channel to access my Movement by NM Membership or purchased programs with NM?

    If you already have an account and previous purchases with NM, use your existing account email to log in and send a “magic link” to your email to access your account. If you’ve already created a password, and it’s not working, you can reset or set a password to log in on that page or use the email link method.

    If you have not purchased an NM product or subscribed to the Channel yet, you will need to do so in order to log in for the first time! The first time you sign up or register for an account, you’ll be prompted to set a password. Enter your email address on the login page. On the next page, enter your password and click ‘Sign In’.

  • Can I change the login email address on my Movement by NM account?

    If you’re able to log in, you can change your login email address at any time through the Channel on your settings page. If you don’t know your password and are unable to reset it because the reset emails would be going to an address you can’t access, you’ll need to contact Vimeo OTT Support directly and verify you’re the account owner to update your account settings.

  • How can I change my account password?

    If the login page is asking for a password and you don’t have one or forgot yours, you can reset it through the main Login Page. Make sure you are logged out, then visit the login page and enter your email address. Underneath the password field, select ‘Reset your password’ and follow the prompts, after which you will be emailed a link to set a new password. Check your email inbox for that link, and make sure to add ‘support@vhx.tv’ to your contact list to ensure messages from us do not end up in your spam folder. Click the link in your email to reset your password from there.

  • Where can I access the Movement by NM Channel?

    You can stream our program and classes on our channel on your web browser, or download the Movement by NM app from the Apple® App Store or Android™ Google Play store. From the web platform, you can also cast any video to your TV using Google Chromecast or AirPlay®. You can also access Movement by NM with your smart TV using connected TV apps such as Roku TV™, FireTV, Apple TV®, and Android TV.   • How do I use Connected TV Apps?

    If you need help streaming Movement by NM from your smart TV (AppleTV, Roku, Android TV, or Amazon Fire TV), please use this forum to help you connect and start streaming. If you are still experiencing issues accessing the app or your account, contact Vimeo support here.

  • How do I watch my previously purchased NM program(s)?

    All of your previously purchased programs and classes with NM will still be available to you on the Movement by NM Channel. Log in and open your Purchases tab within the Account Settings page to see all of your purchased content and start watching. All of your previous programs will also appear at the bottom of the browse page once you’ve successfully logged in, under the “My Purchased Programs” section. On a mobile or connected TV app, visit the Library page to view and practice your purchased products.

  • How can I download or save videos to my devices to practice offline?

    If you want to watch a video when you aren’t connected to Wi-Fi or your cell network, you can choose to ‘Offline Sync’ (download) videos to various devices using the Movement by NM app. This is a great feature when practicing at the gym, outside, or away from home. From the Channel on your web browser, downloads are available only for previously purchased videos under “My Purchased Programs”.   • I’ve received a promo code. Where can I redeem this for my next purchase or membership?

    If you have received a promo code for Movement by NM, this code can only be redeemed through the Channel on your web browser at checkout, as promo codes are not valid for in-app purchases at this time.
