What do I need to start my first class?
Just you! When you pick a class, you’ll see a list of suggested equipment. If you have these items on hand, great! If not, or if you want to get used to the form and flow of the class first, all of our classes are designed to give you a good workout even without any equipment. You can also easily replace equipment for items you have at home: a medicine ball for a throw pillow or bag, a water bottle or can for weights, or a towel or sock for a resistance band. Feel free to practice on a mat, barefoot, with trainers, or on a rug. Make each practice your own!
