What equipment do you suggest for each class?
Each class may differ in what items are used, but all classes can be practiced without equipment. Get creative with items you have at home, and remember that there’s no rush to add weight or resistance. Here’s a list of optional equipment you can use in each discipline:
Kickboxing and Boxing: a skipping rope, tennis ball. No bag or gloves needed.
Strength: a pair of dumbbells, slam or medicine ball, looped resistance band.
Yoga: bolster, blocks, strap, blanket, a pair of dumbbells.
HIIT, Dance, Pilates, Mobility, and Movement: no equipment used.
Some classes across disciplines may suggest a foam roller or small trigger point ball (lacrosse, tennis, or massage ball).
