It’s all about exploring a variety of moves and paces, building routine, and having fun from wherever you’re starting from! Plus, weekly prizes and automatic entry in a grand prize draw!

How It Works:

Step 1. Sign up with your email below. (Sign ups closed April 6 at midnight)

Step 2. Get your confirmation email and invite a friend!

Step 3. Receive the official welcome email and get ready.

Step 4. Let’s move! Check your email each day for a daily class and movement tips to keep you going.

Step 5. Leave a comment on the classes you finish and share your progress with us @movementbynm to be entered in a weekly prize draw!
