Weekly Moves | December 26 – January 1

It’s been a wonderful year – and what better way to show it than by celebrating with some moves. This week, we’ve scheduled your favourite practices from the year, with an added bonus challenge to push you even further. In this Balancing Yoga Class, Kate will prepare you for the challenging and graceful Half Moon by working on strengthening standing poses. Let your breath guide you as you find the balance point between strength and grace.

This Full Body Yoga Class combines poses and transitions into a full body strengthening practice. Focus on moving with the breath and maintaining the correct alignment throughout the practice.

▶︎ Breath Workshop with Adrian | Learn How to Optimize your Breathing (6 Mins)

Today’s class will have you feeling strengthened and purposeful. Try taking Your First HIIT Class with Karen, a follow-along workout where Dom will lead you through a new form of movement. Then slow it down with Adrian’s Breath Workshop, learning to optimize your breathing mechanics and improve your performance in daily activities.

Join Kate for a Strength-Building Yoga Class that will help you reconnect with your body and mind. Today’s practice is a standing series, focused on moving through various warrior and triangle poses.

▶︎ Middays with Keighty | Fun Agility & Stability Drill Class (5 Mins)

Let’s get moving! Start with Amanda’s Full Body Movement Class, designed for those days when you just need a short stretch break to reset and feel good in your body. Then, join Keighty for a 5-minute Fun Agility & Stability Drill, an afternoon wake up call focusing on cardio and mobility.
